1. Channels and withdrawal
The seller is Judit Fernández Irizabal, Spanish tax number 20188278-M, trading as Y.5 Perfect Skin, at calle Ruamayor, 3, 39008 Santander, Cantabria, Spain.
Use https://www.y5perfectionskin.com/en/soporte-pedido or devoluciones@y5perfectionskin.com. A code helps locate the order but is not mandatory.
You may withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days after receipt. Notify Y.5 before expiry through the portal, the model below or any unequivocal statement. Prior authorisation is not required.
2. Returning products
After notice, return without undue delay and within 14 calendar days to Y.5 Perfect Skin, for Judit Fernández Irizabal, calle Ruamayor, 3, 39008 Santander, Cantabria, Spain.
Protect the product, include a reference and retain proof. Opening the outer parcel does not itself cancel withdrawal.
- The customer bears direct withdrawal return costs where informed in advance.
- Costs legally borne by Y.5 for defective, incorrect or non-conforming goods are not transferred to the customer.
3. Seals and conformity
The health or hygiene exception applies only to sealed goods unsuitable for return for those reasons where the seal was removed after delivery. It does not automatically cover all cosmetics or remove defect rights.
Withdrawal differs from lack of conformity. Report damaged, incorrect or defective goods through the portal. Photos may help, but internal deadlines do not remove statutory rights.
4. Refunds
Y.5 refunds without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after notice. It may withhold reimbursement until goods or proof of return are received unless collection was offered.
The same payment method is used unless a cost-free alternative is agreed. Full withdrawal includes ordinary delivery, not a voluntarily selected premium supplement.
5. Traceability and instructions
Each request has a reference linked to the order. Specific instructions, including whether a label is supplied, depend on the recorded reason and resolution.
No separate voluntary exchange service is offered. This does not limit statutory replacement remedies.
