Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands takes 2–3 business days; to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla 3–5 business days. Exact times depend on the carrier and destination.

Yes, all our orders include free shipping with no minimum order amount.

Yes. We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the European Union. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may be subject to additional customs procedures.

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. You can also check the status from your account area under "My orders".

Email us at hola@y5perfectionskin.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will try to update the address if the order has not yet left our warehouse.

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Spanish consumer regulations.

For hygiene and health reasons, cosmetic products that have been opened or used cannot be returned, unless they have a manufacturing defect.

Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund is processed within 14 days to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Our formulas are developed to be well tolerated by most skin types. Check each product description for its active ingredient profile and recommended skin type.

Yes. Y5 Perfect Skin does not conduct animal testing and does not work with suppliers who do.

Our products are formulated and manufactured in Spain under strict quality controls and in compliance with European cosmetics regulations.

All packaging indicates the period after opening (PAO, open jar symbol) and, where applicable, the expiry date. Always check the packaging for safe use.
