2. Subject matter and acceptance
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between JUDIT FERNÁNDEZ IRIZABAL (hereinafter 'Y5 Perfect Skin') and the user making a purchase through www.y5perfectionskin.com. Placing an order constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.
3. Products and availability
The essential characteristics of products are described in each product listing. Y5 Perfect Skin reserves the right to modify the catalogue, prices and product availability at any time, without prejudice to already confirmed orders.
E-commerce specific
- If a product sells out after order confirmation, the customer will be notified by email and offered an alternative product or full refund.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes. The actual colour may vary slightly depending on the device screen.
- Cosmetic products are for personal use. Resale is not authorised without a prior commercial agreement with Y5 Perfect Skin.
4. Prices
E-commerce specific
- Prices shown in the catalogue include VAT applicable under current Spanish legislation.
- The VAT rate applied may vary depending on the delivery territory (e.g. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are taxed at different rates). The final amount with the correct VAT will be shown during checkout when the shipping address is entered.
- Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated and shown separately before order confirmation.
- Y5 Perfect Skin reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Already confirmed and paid orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.
5. Purchase process
E-commerce specific

- 4Confirmation: once payment is processed, the customer receives a confirmation email with the order summary and reference number.

6. Payment methods
E-commerce specific
- Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express): processed by Stripe under SSL/TLS encryption. Y5 Perfect Skin never stores card data.
- Available payment methods are shown clearly before the order is confirmed.
- Payment is charged at the time of order confirmation. If payment is declined, the order will not be processed and the customer will be notified.
- In the event of fraudulent payment, Y5 Perfect Skin reserves the right to cancel the order and take appropriate legal action.
6.1 Scheduled recurring purchase
Recurring purchase specific
When a product offers a recurring option, the customer may arrange automatic replenishment as a subscription managed through Stripe. Before confirming payment, the selected frequency, applicable discount and exact amount charged for each cycle will be displayed. The subscription renews automatically for an indefinite period until the customer cancels it.

- Automatic replenishment is available every 2, 4 or 6 months, depending on the product and selected plan.
- Recurring purchase is available for the countries enabled during checkout.
- The subscription renews automatically at the selected frequency and continues until you cancel it.
- There is no minimum commitment and you will not have to repay discounts already received.
- You can cancel at any time from your account with no penalty.
- To prevent the next charge, cancel before 23:59 (Spanish mainland time) on the day before the next billing date shown in your account.
- You can skip the next shipment and replenishment will continue afterwards on its usual schedule.
Automatic scheduling and billing
- By choosing this option, the customer authorises recurring Stripe charges for the exact amount and at the selected frequency shown before payment.
- The recurring mode becomes active after the initial successful payment. Each paid future shipment generates a new standalone order for the corresponding cycle.
- The frequency, applicable discount and amount of each charge displayed at checkout form part of the pre-contractual information for the recurring mode and are confirmed once the contract is completed.
- The subscription renews automatically at the selected frequency and continues for an indefinite period until the customer cancels it.
- Any future material change in price, frequency or conditions will only apply to subsequent cycles and must be communicated before the affected next shipment so the customer can cancel if they do not agree.
Flexible subscription management
- B2C recurring purchase has no minimum commitment and no cancellation penalty. Cancellation does not require the customer to repay discounts applied to previous cycles.
- The customer may cancel the subscription from their account before 23:59, Spanish mainland time (Europe/Madrid), on the day before the next billing date.
- The customer may also skip the next shipment from their account. After that skip, the usual frequency applies again automatically.
- If the price changes, the customer will be notified before the affected next shipment and may cancel free of charge if they do not wish to continue at the new amount.
Cancellation by the customer
- The customer may manage this mode from their account, product by product, without needing to contact support.
- To prevent the next charge, cancellation must be completed before 23:59, Spanish mainland time (Europe/Madrid), on the day before the next billing date shown in the account.
- If the charge or corresponding cycle has already started, cancellation applies to the following cycle and does not affect the order already in progress.
- The skip next shipment option postpones a single cycle and then returns to the usual contracted frequency.
Withdrawal, returns and failed payments
- Cancelling future shipments is separate from the legal right of withdrawal applicable to each distance purchase and does not replace the return rules for shipments already received.
- Shipments already delivered under a recurring purchase are governed by the general returns policy and by the legally applicable exceptions for unsealed cosmetic and hygiene products.
- If Stripe cannot collect a scheduled cycle, no fulfilment shipment will be generated until payment is confirmed. Y5 Perfect Skin may suspend or cancel the recurring mode if collection attempts continue to fail.
7. Shipping and delivery times
- Shipping is available only to countries that can be selected in checkout when entering the delivery address.
- Until the carrier's final tariff is implemented, a temporary flat shipping charge of €10 (VAT included) applies to each initial checkout. There is currently no free-shipping threshold.
- For recurring purchases, the temporary shipping charge is shown and collected in the initial checkout. Renewals currently do not add an additional shipping charge; any future change will be communicated before it affects a later cycle.
- Unless a different period is stated before the contract is completed, the order will be delivered within a maximum of 30 calendar days from purchase confirmation. The estimated delivery time may vary by destination and carrier.
- The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to the customer upon physical delivery.
8. Right of withdrawal and returns
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU). The full conditions, exceptions and procedure are detailed in our Returns Policy.
In the case of a recurring purchase, cancelling future shipments does not by itself change the withdrawal or return regime applicable to shipments already delivered, which remains governed by applicable consumer law and the specific returns policy.
9. Legal guarantee of conformity
E-commerce specific
All products sold by Y5 Perfect Skin carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity provided by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Art. 120 et seq.). If the product presents a lack of conformity, the customer may request repair, replacement, price reduction or contract termination. During the first 2 years from delivery, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.
10. Intellectual and industrial property
The intellectual property rights of the content of www.y5perfectionskin.com (texts, images, logos, design, source code) are owned by JUDIT FERNÁNDEZ IRIZABAL. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express written consent from the owner is expressly prohibited.
11. Liability and warranties
Y5 Perfect Skin has implemented the legally required security measures. However, it does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and continuity of the website, nor is it responsible for damages arising from:
- Viruses or harmful computer elements introduced by third parties.
- Improper use of the website by the user.
- Typographical or publishing errors that will be corrected as soon as possible.
- Force majeure events.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The relationship between Y5 Perfect Skin and users is governed by applicable Spanish legislation, in particular Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users) and Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services. For the resolution of any dispute, both parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Santander, waiving any other jurisdiction, unless applicable regulations establish a different mandatory jurisdiction.
13. Amendment of terms
Y5 Perfect Skin reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the update date. Purchases made before the amendment will be governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase.
